Currently we are looking for a candidate to work on a position of
Outage Engineer in the Repair Technology Center of Excellence
Location: Warsaw
Ref. no.: OUT/RTCOE/EDCW
- Experience in executing Gas Turbine or Steam Turbine or Generator or Oil & Gas outages
- Energy design or other engineering experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to coordinate global team members to execute projects and priorities
- Strong project support and management skills with the ability to monitor and communicate project status, business issues, and significant developments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Anticipate customer needs and ensures that they are met
- Measure processes and performance through the customer’s eyes
- Can energize teams through inclusiveness and connection with people
